Good Breakfast For Diabetics Anyone Have Some Good Ideas For Vegetarian Breakfasts For A Diabetic?
Anyone have some good ideas for vegetarian breakfasts for a diabetic? - good breakfast for diabetics
I'm not a diabetic nor a strict vegetarian, but I have a problem shaking my blood sugar levels in the blood from here to there, and I would be ethical habits.
What I'm looking to create easy to use (but not high in the frozen food section) Protien, low-carbohydrate (especially sugar) breakfast with wholemeal products. I am not against milk, but I have no stomach for eggs.
The muesli is increasingly difficult to decide for myself, and now I eat more responsibility than I fully flumoxed!
Had I would appreciate any suggestions or dishes you want to share. Thank you!

(Edit: Okay, sorry ... I'm a big fan of Soyrizo me, and I think it goes well with tofu.:) Maybe I'll try the eggplant or beans instead if you want your tofu to the Bodies are struggling a little bit more.)
For the Tofu Scramble - Crumble some companies-ish (but not chewing) tofu in a pan, the spices that you (like I have the salt, pepper and a little taco seasoning) and start frying it, a combination of vegetables you want - peppers, tomatoes, salsa, onions, etc. Basically, what you might put in a tortilla or mixed with scrambled eggs.
You can eat to fight the whole grain pita bread. I love corn tortillas, but could there for you.
Biscuits, wheat (grain), Sweet sauce made of milk and oats are pretty good, and I think it meets your needs.
