PCMCIA makes laptop crash? - g plus mimo driver

Whenever I set my Linksys Wireless-G MIMO network card into the PCMCIA slot of my laptop, the laptop is only from time to resolve. If I map, the system restarts.

It has worked well for months. I recently upgraded my RAM, but also worked for a time thereafter.

I tried reinstalling the drivers for the card and drivers for the PCMCIA card. I have tried to install Windows, but none of these works. Help?
